Cancellations or rescheduled appointments should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee (50% of service booked ) if the stylist is not contacted prior to the appointment’s scheduled time.
If a client makes a habit of no shows they will be required to pay for their appointments up front. Our scheduling app contacts each guest several times prior to their appointment to confirm & remind of the time slot.
Please contact your stylist if you are running behind. 15 minutes past scheduled appointment time with no call or text is considered a no show.
